After several years of development and construction, three major development projects have been identified:1. Recycled polyester (PET) project with an annual output of 150,000 tons;2. High-density polyethylene waste plastic (HDPE) project with an annual output of 100,000 tons;3. Waste engineering plastics (ABS) project with an annual output of 200,000 tons.Guolong Recycled PET is a main project of Guolong Renewable Resources Group Co., Ltd. After six years of investigation and construction, it has been officially put into production in August 2018. Guolong Recycled Resources Group is the first domestic recycled plastics enterprise to achieve a closed-loop model of recycling, washing, bottle flakes, granulation, sheet and thermoforming profucts.The project introduced Italy's SOREMA washing line, which is one of the world's three major production lines. Its quality is ahead of similar production equipment to achieve food-grade recycling, and it can also be used with high-end chemical fiber products.The entire production line introduced 8 sets of German TOMRA equipment with TOMRA photoelectric sorting technology. The advanced photoelectric sorting technology checks the layers to ensure the best purity of waste plastics.The extrusion and granulation production line of EERMA in Austria has obtained the EFSA food certification of European Union and FDA food certification of the United States. All products meet the requirements of food grade, which can truly realize the regeneration from bottle to bottle. And the three-layer coextrusion ABA structure sheet production line of SML in Austria is introduced. It can be used for food packaging materials. The thermoforming and cup-making machines imported from Kiffel Company in Germany are introduced too, with an annual output of 2 billion food packaging boxes and 1.6 billion beverage cups of various types. All the equipment production processes have passed the FDA and EFSA certification, and the product quality has reached the FDA and EFSA food management standards also. Adopting the food-grade cleaning agent of Italy Medtech and strong cleaning and cleaning ability to ensure that the quality of the product meets the requirements of food-grade, and the powerful crushing system ensures the bulk density of the product.The recycled PET bottle flakes can be used as raw materials for food packaging, high-end electronic packaging materials, and high-end chemical fiber environmental protection materials.
